Inpatient Hospice Care
At VITAS, we understand the importance of staying home to hospice patients. However, when a patient requires symptom management that can no longer be provided at home, a stay at the new VITAS Inpatient Hospice Unit at Research Medical Center may be needed.

Located within the hospital, the VITAS Inpatient Hospice Unit is designed to meet the community’s growing need for end-of-life care. Pain and other symptoms are managed, enhancing quality of life for patients and
their families.
